The basis of our Human Resources Policy is to leave a permanent inheritance to the world and to protect and develop family awareness and culture by working with the right people and the right methods.

Our policy is called Ne No Cso, which means the basis of the root in Japanese. While Ne No Cso determines the working principles of our Company with its meaning of “constitution”, it actually symbolizes a fair system in which those who work earn more. This system was developed entirely by us and its name comes from the first letters of the Turkish saying “Nazar Etme Ne Olur, Çalış Senin de Olur”, which can be translated as “Don’t be envious of our success, just try hard to progress”.

Ne No Cso defines the performance evaluation, salary and premium system of OMF.
